By creating a FindrFleet account or using our tracking hardware, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.
FindrFleet is a GPS device tracking service. We sell tracking hardware and a subscription to a dashboard that displays device location, history, alerts, and fleet membership. Hardware pricing, subscription pricing, and the list of supported features are published on our pricing page and may be updated with notice.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. Notify us at hello@findrfleet.ca if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to use FindrFleet to track people without their consent, to conduct illegal surveillance, or in any way that violates applicable privacy, workplace, or consumer-protection law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable. Billing is processed by Stripe; their terms apply to card data.
Tracking hardware is sold separately. It carries a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. It is not rated for deep-water submersion unless specifically labeled. You are responsible for installing hardware in compliance with local law (e.g., visible placement where required, driver notification where required).
We aim for high availability but do not offer an SLA on the standard plan. Alerts and tracking depend on cellular coverage and hardware state and may be delayed or unavailable at times. You agree not to rely on FindrFleet as the sole safeguard for life-critical or time-critical use cases.
Your account, fleet, and device data are handled per our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service.
You may close your account at any time from the Account page or by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for more than 24 months. On termination, access to the service ends and data retention follows the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and will not apply retroactively to billing periods already paid.
